First, the pull-out handle for rolling the bag is far too short. i am not a really tall person (about 5'8"") and that i need to hunch over to tug this bag behind me. My second grievance is that you simply cannot let the bag rise up on its aspect. There aren't any rubber stubs or legs on the aspect of the bag for it to be stable on its aspect vertically.
